“Great boutique hotel. Rooms were very clean and the one bedroom suite was spacious. Good water pressure in shower. It was nice having our bed made each morning and towels and water refreshed. Lobby was cozy and welcoming. Staff was friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better location for exploring Charlevoix. A bit of a drive to get to Boyne Highlands and Nubs tho. And while the included breakfast was pretty typical, everything seemed to taste better than your standard hotel breakfast. Also appreciated that coffee machine had decaf.”

“Great hotel with spacious room with enclosed balcony with table and chairs. Reception was friendly, warm and welcoming with no issues checking in/checking out. Pet friendly. Continental breakfast included. Incredible stone fireplace in the lobby with conversation areas indoors and out. The morning view from our balcony was spectacular. The outdoor evening view from the rooftop hi/lo bar was amazing. Took advantage of the hot tub and heated pool after dinner. Easy to walk along the beautiful neighborhood, to downtown shopping, coffee shops, beach and waterfront walkways. Highly recommend this amazing hotels.”
